Historic Walking Tour with Tony Kelso: Hall’s Corner

He’s back! Town Historian, Tony Kelso will feature the Hall’s Corner area of Duxbury on his always-popular 90-minute walking tour.

Have you ever wondered how the swirl of streets and flagpole at Hall’s Corner came to be ? We will walk the circle of Hall’s Corner and learn about its buildings and explore its 17th century origins, who the Hall family were and how they got an area named for them, how Prohibition built Hall’s Corner, and how its low scale and eclectic look, despite its maddening traffic, speak to the sense of small town charm.
