History & Fiction: the Westons and the Bradfords

With guest speakers Patrick Browne, Victoria J. Coe and Carolyn Ravenscroft

Come hear local historians Patrick Browne and Carolyn Ravenscroft discuss the Westons, the Bradfords, shipbuilding in Duxbury and family ties within the community.

Local author Victoria J. Coe will join us to discuss her process of writing Ezra and the Mouse: The Search for Lafayette, a fictional adventure story about King Caesar’s grandson.

Just in time for the holidays! Two Duxbury publications will be available for purchase and author signings: King Caesar of Duxbury by Patrick Browne, and Ezra and the Mouse by Victoria J. Coe.

This is a free event, but please register at the link below as room capacity is limited. Please note: masks are required for everyone at large indoor gatherings at the DRHS. Thank you for your help in keeping us all safe and able to continue these programs. This event was originally scheduled for October 18 and has been rescheduled to October 17.
