The art of embroidery has a long history in Duxbury. Come to the Nathaniel Winsor, Jr. House for an evening workshop learning and practicing the craft. We will share beautiful collections items, and hear from DRHS Archivist and Historian, Carolyn Ravenscroft about the historical importance of embroidery. Materials, instructions, and time will then be provided for independent crafting.
Wednesday, March 20-6PM, Nathaniel Winsor, Jr House (479 St. Duxbury, Mass.)
Ticket Information: $20 per person; $15 for DRHS Members.
This event is limited to 15 registrants. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by DRHS.
