Mark your calendar for Wednesday, March 18 at 1:00.  The DRHS Clothing and Textiles Committee is hosting a hands-on exploration of some of the interesting objects we have come across while doing a deep dive into our collection.  We have children’s and adult clothing, sewing kits, shoes, accessories, and much more to share with you.  We rarely offer a chance for such close encounters with these things.  This will afford us all an opportunity to inspect, exchange knowledge, and marvel at what were once common everyday items.  There is no charge for this event but space is limited and we please ask for you to register by clicking the button below.

We hope to see you at the Nathaniel Winsor House, 479 Washington Street, (DRHS offices) on March 18.  There is parking behind the building as well as along Washington Street.
