DRHS is back! Thank you for your support

Please consider making a spring contribution to support our work

Dear Friend,

I am so happy to report that, like our beautiful spring flowers, DRHS is coming back to life! After a long, long year for us all, the King Caesar house is open again, our “You Are Here!” exhibit has expanded with the addition of eight new sites, and our online offerings continue to grow.

Throughout our year of in-person hibernation, we have found new ways to do more with less. Our temporary new home on Zoom turned into a great opportunity to connect with new and old friends. And while our creative online offerings are here to stay, we are happily stepping out into the real world again too. There is  exciting in-person programming ahead and we really need your help to push those doors open again.

Have you made your spring gift to DRHS? Your generous donation of any size provides vital support and brings our work to life!

I hope to see you at the Reynolds-Maxwell Garden Rededication on July 1. And our whole staff is excited to welcome everyone at the Clark’s Island Picnic on July 25, do a little dancing with our members at the Members Sunset Picnic on August 6, and stretch those aching muscles at the “Barre at Bumpus Park” classes on Fridays. All the details are available on our website.

There is much we can do together, now that our spring is making way for another beautiful Duxbury summer—but only with your support. Your generous donation not only makes our work possible, you make this Place Matter. To all who live here, visit, and stay in touch from afar.

Thank you for all you do to make Duxbury such a welcoming and special place.

With thanks,

Erin McGough, Executive Director
