Join local fitness instructor, Cheryl Kilduff, for an evening seaside pilates/strength class. After the class we will enjoy refreshments provided by the DRHS. Please dress for the weather. It is recommended that you bring a water bottle and yoga mat or towel. This class is appropriate for all abilities. First timers are welcome!
Parking is available on the lawn of the Allen Property located at 28 Crescent Street. There is a steep walk down a driveway leading to our beach.
